The Starrs take on Savannah

We took mom to Savannah for an over-night trip. It was great to hang out in Savannah and then spend the day on Tybee. It was the first time the girls had seen the beach or the ocean. It was a little exhausting to have three little ones in the ocean at one time but we all survived.
Ava wanted to sit in her own seat anytime we stopped. Many tears were shed over getting in her carseat

Ava was a hot mess!
Sitting by the river

Ava thought that hiding in the closet was awesome.

Sitting in one of the many squares...

It was a little hot for Ava. She was not happy without her "paci"

We Miss Catherine and Crystal

Happy first month of travels! The girls each have personal messages for you. Send us more pictures with our ducky friend.

Ava has been doing lots of new things. She talks a lot now. She is excited to see you all again.

Anniiyah is about to start 1st grade. She is changing a lot and growing up. She has a new writing journel where she writes her emotions out and draws pictures about them. Last night she drew Caleb yelling at her and she had tears all over helself. It was really funny.

Makayla continues to be sassy. She has been watching this video of herself and copying her actions from the video. She will talk along with what she says in the video.

The Starr family continues in our crazy ways. Life is busy...We still go through lots of food, diapers, hair products, and guacomole! We look forward to hearing from you soon!

New Phases...

Ava had to sit in time out today for the first and second time ever. She bit our friends son and then tried to bite me. Where did she learn to do that? It's such evidence of our sin nature to me. She is a sweet little kid but when she wants something, she will do anything to get it. I feel like we work hard every day to teach good Jesus-like character to our kids. Some days are harder than others:)!
On another note...we have been enjoying the heat in Atlanta...or maybe not. We have been going down to the Centennial Park Fountains. Here are a few pictures...
